Proper Platform Access

Using our Platform for commercial ventures or profit-seeking activities is strictly not allowed. This Platform is exclusively built for entertainment and recreational gameplay. Your pounamutrails.com account must solely serve amusement purposes. Breaking apart, manipulating, or decoding any Platform elements is strictly banned. The use of robotic software, including AI-powered bots, is strictly disallowed. Each Fantasy Cricket game must be entered manually using the official Platform features.

Private Access Credentials

Once your account is activated, you alone are responsible for securing your login information. Never share it with family, friends, or unauthorized users. We accept no responsibility for any breach due to third-party access to your account details.

Participation Criteria

• Only those aged 18 or above may engage in our Challenges.
• Only citizens currently living in India are allowed to participate in Challenges.

Breaches & Responses

If evidence of breaching our Engagement Rules is discovered upon review, or if your behavior poses a threat to pounamutrails, its members, or system integrity, the following steps may be taken as we see fit:

1. Separate those suspected of foul play or abuse from regular Challenges;
2. Irrevocably deny you entry to the Platform;
3. Recover unused funds from your account;
4. Pursue rightful legal recovery through civil or legal systems, or file suitable court action;
5. For major violations, prevent entry to all future Challenges and suspend all future accounts permanently.

Any judgment passed by pounamutrails’s internal compliance group for misconduct is conclusive and cannot be challenged. These penalties do not affect any other statutory or legal measures available under law.

Legal Framework, Arbitration & Rule Adherence

These Terms & Conditions follow Indian laws. Any dispute will be resolved under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Intellectual Property of the Platform

Every asset on our Platform—text, icons, branding, pictures, and structure (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property of the Platform”)—is protected by copyright and IP laws. In addition, content uploaded by users including posts, messages, uploads, or chats may be stored and treated as Intellectual Property of the Platform. pounamutrails reserves the ability to use such content as needed.

Our Platform may contain citations or redirects to external websites. We waive responsibility for outside content and make no guarantees about their truth, value, or relevance. Accessing these is done voluntarily.

Challenge Categories

• pounamutrails operates two core types of Challenges: (1) Open Contests available to everyone, and (2) Limited Entry Events available to invited participants. The same rules govern both formats.
• Open Contests
  • In Open Contests, pounamutrails might arrange events with varied team counts—2, 3, 5, 10, 100, or as clearly listed.
  • Some will include paid entry, and the outcome determines the winners post match.
  • Every game sets a minimum participant count required to begin. Once that number is achieved, gameplay proceeds. If unmet, the event is cancelled and full refunds are granted.
  • Some Challenges labeled “Locked Matches” kick off once the winner total is satisfied, despite some slots being vacant. Entry is allowed up to the start time or max slot fill. If unfilled, charges are fully returned.

Private Matches

• In Custom Matches, users may create Challenges, send invites, and define team limits of 2, 3, 5, or 10. The organizer funds the match, names it, and receives a special League ID. Only the title may be changed afterward. The organizer must share Facebook or email info so pounamutrails can send invites.
• To join a Custom Match, an invitee must use the Game Code and pay the fee. Once capacity is met, further entries are blocked. If it remains incomplete an hour before game time, players can request it be made Public. pounamutrails doesn’t guarantee this request will succeed or result in new joins. If still underfilled, refunds are given.
• Only invited individuals can participate. pounamutrails isn’t liable for system glitches or rule infractions that hinder participation.

Accountability & Defense

By using our Services or joining Challenges, you pledge to shield, reimburse, and absolve us of any claims or charges (including legal costs and collateral losses) due to:

1. Content ownership disputes over submissions;
2. Harmful, improper, or unlawful acts from outsiders, including scams or offensive entries;
3. Misconduct, illegal entry, or misuse of your profile;
4. Game issues, server delays, interruptions, data loss, digital threats, or tech breakdowns;
5. Unauthorized profile usage, even with your prior consent.

Jurisdiction & Exclusive Legal Area

These Policies and Privacy Clauses abide by Indian laws. Any disputes must be resolved only in courts located in New Delhi.

Refund & Withdrawal Clauses

All top-ups, deposits, and event entries at pounamutrails.com related to Fantasy Cricket are final. Refunds are only honored in cases of technical errors. While user experience matters, only glitches due to platform faults are reviewed.

Prize Redemption Guidelines
